Music

Well I haven't posted much about music in the past apart from that piece about the kleptones.
I listen to just about everything on this small planet, in english and in german, I listen to what our Kids are listening to but the cover versions of the songs we used to listen to just don't beat the original. Being an ELO, Bowie and Queen fan of the past I expect something big and new when a new Album comes out - not much happening these days. OK, The Jam were one of my faves too and they didn't bring out Albums like the above mentioned but they were The Jam and they played good music for the people.
Looks like I'm still looking for a band to replace Queen - I am. Not seen one yet.
All is not lost though with persons and bands like Keane, Maroon 5, Hoobastank, Linkin Park, Muse, Morrissey, The Rasmus, DMX, The Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sting, Coldplay, not forgetting Scooter, Rammstein and Oomph!
Robbie Williams can put on a concert equal to Queen and he can sing the old songs that I was brought up with (tks Mum :-) ,tks Robbie)
Found out tonight on German TV, Robbie Williams couldn't accept his Echo award in Berlin while he is in the US working on his new Album - so waiting for that and the concerts.
