BAR-Honda update

BAR accepted their exclusion from Formula One until the end of May on Friday after scrapping plans to challenge a two-race ban imposed for breaking weight and fuel regulations.
"We're going home now, the guys are packing up, everyone understands the situation," said team boss Nick Fry at the Spanish Grand Prix. The team, backed by British American Tobacco and Honda, will now miss Sunday's race in Barcelona and the glamour highlight of the season in Monaco on May 22. ...more

Definitiv ohne das BAR-Honda-Team werden die nächsten beiden Formel-1-Rennen am Sonntag in Barcelona (14.00 Uhr/live in Premiere und RTL) und 14 Tage später in Monte Carlo (22. Mai) vonstatten gehen. Der japanisch-britische Rennstall verzichtet nach der Sperre für diese beiden Rennen wegen der Tank-Affäre auf zuvor angekündigte juristische Schritte.
